Lucci is an Awakened Zoan, so he will likely get back up quickly. Zoro will be busy, so Jinbe will have to be the one who holds back Lucci.

I don't believe in too many clashes, Oda will probably make them just run away as planned since the goroseis are not looking to face the straw hats at the moment. But I guess it's possible that in the next chapter they send one after Bonney and the other tries to attack the entire Labophase, making Sanji and Zoro have to intervene.

Man, if Lucci knows what is good for him, he will stay the fuck down even if he can get back up. It was one thing to get his ass whopped while none of his direct superiors could see it. But all five Gorosei are on the island, and some are quite close to his location.

If he gets beat AGAIN? He might get demoted to Impel Down jail guard after having his mind broken as a best-case scenario if he makes it off the island at all honestly.
