Lucci will simply outlast Katakuri tbh.
He is more than capable of dodging Katakuri, only landing hits is an issue. The hits that Katakuri land won't do much either considering how much he has tanked.
Once FS runs low, it's over for Katakuri, considering Lucci has him far surpassed in every stats bar CQC. Will take a long time though, but Katakuri can't put him down.
Versus Marco, it depends on who runs out of stamina first. Both are comparable in overall physical stats, with Marco being better in CQC while Lucci hits harder.
I can't see him defeat King. They are roughly comparable in physical stats, maybe King a bit better even if we compare their showings against Zoro. However, he can't force King to flame off mode, and magma flames hits hard enough to be capable of putting down Lucci.

Nobody can tank g4 tier attacks for hours and be up unless your endurance and stamina is that good

The worst you can say about Kizaru is that an unfocused mentally handicapped Kizaru is below G5. And even then he outlasted an entire round to the point Luffy required a full course meal to recover.
We really don't need to get too deep into Big Mom's showcase cause it would be endless, but to pick a couple moments, she was getting blitzed by the likes of Brook and nearly died to Jimbei if her homie didn't save her. Let's not rewrite history.

As far as I know, the Gorosei openly mocked Akainu while also being afraid of angering Kaidou and awakening Nika.

Lucci had no problem continuing fighting ...He was walking toward zoro and blocked Jinbei's attack
Zoro and Jinbei ran away, that's why he reverted back
"Dranched in bloow" isn't sign of victory unless the opponent is on the floor unable to move or unconscious
That's why Zoro knows he didn't win
