That's understandable, JJK is the new thing, while One Piece, unless you have been following for years (Which wouldn't be the case for most in that age gap), is just "that overly long manga about some cartooney stretchy monkey".

Like I said a long time ago.

Somewhere, somehow, somebody convinced Oda that he was directly competing with Dragonball even though Dragonball could never sniff OG OP’s nuance and complexity.

Whoever convinced Oda of that is directly responsible for Oda turning his manga into a story for morons. Not children, morons. People who’s brains don’t function correctly.
