Mini theory because ima ramble too much if I say everything on my mind
Okay so obviously fire and/vs ice is a trope as old as time and imo both might eventually master both elements
Starting off with fire
Imo when it comes to sanji’s fire powers and other similar cases they might be tied to the power of love. While yeah it’s a manga a not everything needs to make sense in real life Sanji’s ability to conjure up fire has been called out as extremely abnormal and weird. The drug sora took that allowed sanji to keep his emotions probably helped
Zoro now has Firefox style he was able to copy from kinemon. A style that also makes less sense the more you think about it so maybe like sanji it is also love related. If it’s not the power of love for them maybe instead they do it with their souls somehow
That same power is probably what Luffy uses when he uses red hawk/roc with it being a move dedicated to ace. Something definitely love related imo
As for ice we’ve seen 2/3 characters be able to strangely use it to fight. Brook Kiku and nusjuro have shown it tho in nusjuro’s case it might be because of his yokai form. For Kiku we haven’t seen her freeze anyone but she did seemingly summon snow in udon and has a snow based attack. Also little nitpick but denjiro should have shown ice powers to parallel kinemon and maybe oden if he mastered both elements
As for why zoro should have ice powers
He’s tied to the shimotsuki which translates to frost moon and their region in wano being all snowy. He also has a lot of things that tie him to hell and death especially through wano. Him combining ice with gentle style and fire with strong style swordplay would be dope
For sanji we know that one of the main things judge was trying to do when experimenting on his kids was give them a heart of ice. What if sanji ends up mastering that power and becomes capable of using an ice version of diable/ifrit jambe. The exoskeleton still might be slowly changing him when he activates it so the whole “evil sanji” plot line might not be over. So maybe instead of being soul related his is also love related
Maybe luffy will also get some ice related powers too but idk. It’d be cool if he was able to use lightning fire and ice imo
