I'm tempted to say Observation, but seeing a few seconds into the future is still limited, my body wouldn't keep up in the way Luffy's does.
CoA would make me a lot more of a superhuman, which sounds great, but... it's better to have CoC, then. It can become CoA 2.0, plus the ability to make everyone pass out.
So CoC.

"Greatest" in this context can mean different things.
CoO is so different from CoC (unless CoC can also be applied to boost perception in some way) that they can't really be compared directly as in "what of the two types is stronger". CoC is stronger in the strictest sense, as CoO deals no damage, but CoO is extremely useful in a different way.
So I just think Joyboy meant that's the strongest CoC that he could pour into it.

Armament will actually make you superhuman, invisible armor to the point where you’re bullet proof. I like the added durability where I can get out of accidents or most physical situations unscathed.
Future Sight for a few seconds and CoC are pretty much useless unless you’re in a fight. I guess I can knock out people with my CoC to cut in line? Lmfaoo, pretty much no practical use.

You can forsee th future as much as you want but if you don't have the power to change it than it doesn't matter
ACoC seems to require CoO and CoA automatically so thats a plus and ACoC is just the more powerful version of CoA
Knocking out retards would be so much fun too, if you are good enough like Ray then you can do a lot of neat stuff

Observation is broken lol
It isn’t JUST about fighting you essentially can’t be caught off guard by anything (which would be the case in One Piece if not for the plot) + future sight is easy money if you’re a fighter or gambler
Armament is far worse because you still lack the reaction time necessary to use it effectively
It’s pretty much impossible to keep your armament active at all times so if someone pulls a gun on you you’re fucked lol
Dunno but I think observation is far more useful in real world situations

FS isn’t easy money if your body can’t keep up nor is strong enough to be a good fighter. Armament turns you into an unbeatable monster even without training your body.
FS is good for gambling though, but if you’re already financially stable then it’s not the end all be all. Somebody can also put out a blick on you if you keep winning those table games lmfaoo, guess what can help save your life in that situation? Armament haki.
Nah, I think you can put up a haki guard just in time for most situations unless you were blindsided or asleep.

Future Sight is only good if you’re an athlete. That shit will make you incredibly broken especially in sports like basketball and football where reflexes and timing matter so much
If you make it to the top like Messi or Lebron you’re pretty much set for life and fame
CoA is best for majority of society. You are superhuman and manual labor will be a joke for you. If you’re a guy you’re a chad. If you’re a woman no guy will ever threaten you at night. Also good for combat sports and weapon sports. You could compete at the Olympic level for sure
CoC is probably most useless unless you have the charisma that comes with it. People will just think you’re a freak and you’ll be targeted by other freaks. And government will definitely snatch your ass up to be a rat experiment on how you can knock out people with a glance
