Controversial How did this fandom turn into a cult?

You do not criticize, you hate. You are not a One Piece fan, you don't like One Piece mate.
I'm done thinking that people like you ever once tried to appreciate the story. You don't understand it, you don't like it, this is not made for you.
But you are still imposing us your BS ragebaiting because you can't stand to see people like something you can't understand.
This is ok to criticize, I do it myself, but hating constantly like I see you or many people here do on this forum without even a remote reasonnable reason.. is simply sad.

We have still people who rate Naruto or Bleach.
We have people rating HxH way higher than what it is.
Is One Piece the best manga ever? No.
It's not even the best shonen.
It's the most cohesive world for a manga? Most probably.
One Piece has 1 big secret, that the misteries and the lore are still interesting.
Nobody gave a shit about Bleach or Naruto reveals, but everyone still rates one piece because tehy want to know what it was all about.
Even mroe than Narudo, if Oda shits the bed with the ending it's gonna be a dumpster fire.
If he deliver the ending most of the stuff like Wano will be forgiven.
We have still people who rate Naruto or Bleach.

I think the issue of stakes I have seen be mentioned with Wano as a really big issue, was not an issue for me, because I think the setup of Wano was not, let's fight and maybe try to win, maybe lose, we'll see, but we are maybe too weak, the setup was, we are going there to kick Kaido's butt and defeat him, "I'm here to whoop all of you! It's an all-outwar!", and that's what happened, there were no stakes, we were there to win,

Big Mom, the calamity, Kaido flashback(why he wanted to kill himself, confrontation with Shanks, his connection to Whitebeard, who defeated him 7 times), Numbers, flying six...
So many characters got wasted in wano, it was crazy sad.. Jack end up with not a single named move... we didn't got any info about Numbers.
150 chapters and having so many plotholes is insane.

In my opinion Naruto betrays his core themes, and it's where I put bleach. A flashy manga about fights.
I remember clearly Naruto claiming that you should fight your fate and you make yourself whatever you want to be, and then we discover that he is the son of the hokage and he is the strongest and he was always meant to be, betraying all the bullshit he told Gaara or Neji. Whatever we might think of Gear 5 and Nika, Luffy never claimed to be an underdog and fighting fate. His fate was actually stated in the first chapter of One Piece.
Also the power system is absolutely fucked and goes from ninja to dragonball, with jutsu like Edo Tensei being completely busted and requiring 0 chakra or stuff like Madara being a literal unkillable god because HE JUST BUILT DIFFERENT, no reason whatsoever why he is 1000x anyone else.
Naruto has better fights than One Piece none the less, but the world building is nowhere to be seen, characters are non existent outside of Naruto and Sasuke all the others are just "there" to do nothing and blow Naruto (like Neji's death), power levels are busted and change every arc, every single arc Naruto goes through a training and then ends up being carried by the Fox anyhow, so yeah, I fucking hate Naruto.

1) There are crazy people in every fanbase.
2) Nearly everyone of those hardcore stans is on some kind of fan forum, since they have little else in life.
3) On that forum they try to shut down anything and anyone that troubles there own worldview by criticizing Oda's writing even when they deep down know it's valid, because they attribute criticism of OP to their very own personality - classical case of cognitive dissonance.
Not much different here, although other places are much worse (reddit etc.).

I mean Temple of the grandmaster zolo has literally „Temple“(Place of Worship) in it
