I think neither are bad and it's actually preferable for both characters to be alive and well right now.
Kuma's suffered so badly his whole life... Wanting him to be dead after all this is like wanting Guts from Berserk to be dead after all he went through. And if he's going to die he should at least go out with a big bang, like killing Saturn or being a big part in his death, and making sure his daughter is free from the World Government's oppressive clutches for the rest of her life. But the general point is that he's survived through all the hardships, so him dying after all this would just be weird to me. Leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth.
As for Saul I think it's actually a sweet ending to Robin's backstory, it gives her more closure and helps her get over the trauma easier while still not ruining the tragedy and devastation of the Ohara incident. The important thing is that Saul was the ONLY one that was revived- Her parents are still dead, the citizens are all dead, and the island it self is long gone now. A lot of the stuff they worked hard for, is gone.
And that's really all that mattered. One giant guy who, iirc, wasn't even native to that island, surviving does not minimize the tragedy at ALL imo.

Fake deaths are the worst, if a character is dead he/she is dead, bringing them back is just the usual fake tension merchantry Oda loves to do.

If somebody survives some extreme situation that is another thing completely, it happens all the time in basically all fiction. The only red line is that if the character dies he/she has to stay dead for f sake. I have to say I am even happy for Kuma since he deserved it.

So, do you hate characters bring revived from the dead like in Naruto and Dragon Ball?

Saul being alive or dead was always up in the air, we've seen people survive being frozen by Aokiji's ice before so its not like that's a killing technique and it would be strange for him to be the only person to die so him getting thawed out thanks the fire on O'Hara makes sense

I don't think Kuma Is fully back, but I think he may have been programmed to protect Bonney, especially since Bonney controls all Pacifista's he's essentially alive without being alive, now that we know what we know it would be strange for Kuma to ask Vegapunk to program him to protect the ship but not his own daughter, if Kuma is fully back then that's 100x worst because how do you come back from having your brain removed?

It's for the best that Kuma's alive. There's enough tragedy in his story and situation, he didn't need to die for it to be impactful.

I guess Saul, but I think Oda made the most of bringing him back. I don't care for fakeout deaths, but the Robin/Saul reunion was great and the best we've seen Robin in a while (the Black Maria fight was nice, but I think this gave her more focus on her personal journey and was more satisfying).

In Dragonball it is explained from the start basically that a dead character is not a dead character because the dragon balls can bring back to life everybody and his grandma so 0 problems there.

With Naruto of course I had a problem with Gaara reviving or the whole leaf village and actually it was at that point I understood the old Naruto was over. And the reason is simple, they invented some a**pulls to revive dead characters (exactly like Oda and his fake deaths). The difference in this case, which makes it worse for Naruto, was that said characters were actually important (Gaara, Kakashi) and not some secondary characters (like Pell, Pedro, Paul, Pabo and so on).

I don't like Saul being alive, but it's not as awful as some of the other fakeouts, especially Pound and Kinemon's
