You don’t need coo vs her powers because the arrows literally tell u what ls going to happen. The only way to deal with this df is directly attacking the arrows instead of trying to dodge
I think, as it more about destiny/fate (i think she uses the word future). Like as in they are actually undogable and the effect is already determined in advance

But Loki's eves are covered. It shows to the reader that he is not merely guessing where her attack will go but that he's using CoO to predict something anyone whose eyes are uncovered can see.
His ability was definitely underrated. Very limited but the ability to throw anything in the world with homing is ridiculous. He should technically be able to surprise kill just about anyone he is able to touch if they aren’t aware he is targeting them.
In any case, with Gunko, all I am really looking forward to is her using an actual arrow. If she is able to do this much creative stuff so easily with her power, her mastery of the fruit is extremely high. When she actually pulls up a bow and launches a named arrow attack it’s going to blow a major hole in something.
