I believe the person being called is the current strongest God’s Knight, a member of the Nerona Clan and the second strongest person in the World Government after Imu.
I believe that Sora the Warrior of the Sea from the Comic strip is based off of a real person, I think 300 years ago when the Germa did take control of the North Blue, they were stopped by a member of the God Knights, who single handedly wiped them out.
That person’s descendant is a current member of the God Knights and has an eye pattern similar to Imu and Mihawk(I believe the eye pattern is a trademark of the Nerona). His arsenal is martial arts, haki and the raid suit of Sora the Sea Warrior.
I feel that a clash between him and Sanji will occur, this person will be a fan of the comic book and wants to challenge stealth black just like in the comic so he’ll bully Sanji this arc and will force him to awaken CoC by threatening the Children and “Robin-Chan”, after this arc Sanji will seriously consider creating a new raid suit.
EOS Monster trio vs the Nerona trio(Imu vs Luffy, Zoro vs Mihawk(strongest swordsman above Roger and Rocks) and Sanji vs Sora)
These 3 are the EOS Opponents of the monster trio or to be more specific, it’ll be the straw hats vs the Nerona Clan. I believe they were cursed by this demon/alien entity who is the actual final villain. Which will then be fought by everyone
