Yeah. In an all out war it more or less requires a Pirate King (Luffy) that somehow gains 2-4 yonkos as allies (subs) + Shichibukai remains to stand a chance. It's basically Xebec at God Valley with Shiki, WB, Kaido, Big Mom + a little more.

The admirals are mere "tobi roppo" if you look at the WGs forces which is beyond insane.

But then again Nami has so strong plot armor, both Kalifa and Ulti should have effortlessly and quickly killed her if not for the plot protecting her.

Depends I guess. The general thing in Alabasta is the SH was getting beaten up the whole time, then they got serious and instantly beat the villain. Nami once she figured out how to use her thing basically negged the other girl, like Zoro with mr 1

I prefer to think it as a skill. Not haki , though haki like CoO (Breath of all things were used).

But skill to cut steel feels like Firefoxstyle.
