I have been playing this on/off for a while now, noticed some of the characters' values don't make sense to me. How is Akainu valued at 3000 for weeeeks where he mostly sitting on his desk? while the active characters are less than that?

First I thought they are adjusted based on the manga because you only can trade when TCB release, but no they are also adjusted with random events.
