General & Others Powerscalers (Agenda Aside) is there a way that your favorite character can not be one of the strongest and that not be an issue for you?

My goal isn’t to tell you what you can like. I was just curious to what people did like.

Luffys could be weaker than all of the admirals I wouldn’t care. But I have feats that tell me he isn’t. I don’t have a bias.
We saw the 1v1, Luffy lost outright. And it wasn’t extreme diff either like straight up Kizaru could’ve gone forward and fight anyone else afterwards with no issue.
Kizaru is canonically above Luffy, which basically means all the old legends and other admirals are too. Definitely not top 10. You can argue he’s not even top 15 if you count the Gorosei who Luffy can’t beat either.

My top 5 fav characters = the 5 mid gen Admirals
My expectation for Akainu/Kizaru/Kuzan : be above Kaido by a clear margin.
Kizaru and Kuzan can just rely/leech on Akainu's feats vs Luffy, even if they can't leech them fully.

If the Admirals don't live up to these expectations then are there ways for it not to be an issue?
Well yes, 1 way is for Oda to do a collective reveal of Logia Awakenings with Akainu-Kizaru-GB in Marine HQ, and make them super cool & strong ( even if the Logia Awakenings aren't as strong as Kaido's Flame Dragon )
But i think for Akainu at least, it is unlikely his Logia Awakening won't surpass the Flame Dragon.
My expectation for Akainu/Kizaru/Kuzan : be above Kaido by a clear margin.

2. Kaido's strongest mode Flame Dragon being made of magma-like flame, which Akainu will prob surpass in size and power with Magu Awakening
Akainu can also probably consume the Flame Dragon just like he can do with regular flames

EoS Zoro not actually being the strongest swordsman in history (including casual users, connosieurs, heaven-dwellers, Earth-dwellers, doesn't matter) would be unacceptable. He's not fighting for a technical title or "well akkshually" status, he's fighting to be the best. Zoro himself is not one to make excuses about literally anything, let alone haki/swordsmanship/devil fruits/"sword users but not swordsmen". If you have two brain cells paired with a modicum of reading comprehension you can't really deny this if you aren't being disingenuous. So if his status as the world's strongest has a bunch of unaddressed asterisks attached to it, that's going to be a laughable conclusion to the character.
However, if the character has a specific conclusion where he doesn't achieve his goal for one reason or another (e.g. death as a result of self-sacrifice) and those reasons are acknowledged by the story itself, I could see it being fine.

1. With luffy it's a given he's gonna be top 3 ever. He's going to do what joy boy couldn't and what Roger was to early to do. He is going to be the main reason the wg falls. He already has a God df with all adhaki, great physical statsand the voat. Only thing luffy needs is refining his abilities. He's is going to be the new Nika that changes the world.
2. With zoro if he's top 10 and weaker than some yonko or admirals it can be passable. If he's weaker than like wb and bb and sengoku and akainu there's no harm no foul there. Imo zoro will end up top 5 ever but if he'sunder the peaks of the groups there'sreally nothingto be mad at. I doubt that will happen as like luffy is the new Nika for this generation zoro is the Ryuma of this generation. Only real person I'd say would be above zoro is bb.
3. Sanji if he reaches that level he's automatically at the very top of op. If he's at admiral level the guy is stronger than most crews and most #2 on crews. Imo sanji is going to be top 10 to top 15 ever. He is going to be the new gaban. Even if gaban was weaker than Rayleigh and Roger he was completely out classed by them. Sanji being above him should at least be admirals level if not above it.
4. Mihawk wouldn't make sense as a character if Shanks is stronger. His whole character revolves around him being the strongest swordsman alive. If it turned out there was another swordsman stronger not only does it make him a fraud for walking around like he was the strongest but it makes wss and Zoro's dream void. Mihawk entire character would be pointless and shanks should have just been wss. If Shanks is stronger he'd have to get some pu that pushes him past Mihawk not him already being stronger.
