There's no way Oda's setting Gaban up to be a Sommers victim I won't believe it till I see it

Gaban, Dorry, Brogy and Jinbe should theoretically be able to deal with 3 high high-tiers just fine so either the HKs lose, they're stronger than we thought (they'd have to range from YC1+ to low top-tier) or those 4 are weaker than we thought

Rn it's looking like Loki was a tool to keep the M3 away from the HKs which is sus already... struggling to see where the threat in this arc is coming from. Atp you could add Shamrock and the HKs would still lose if say Luffy and Zoro double-teamed the guy and the others dealt with the rest... not to mention Loki's revealed to be a good guy too

If Rayleigh or Garp showed up in place of Gaban, we'd be thinking the HKs were at risk of being solo'd... all eyes are on Gaban rn 👀

One day you day stand shoulder to shoulder with Roger and Ray and have conquerors haki and the ability to use coating, the next day you need the strongest giants, Jinbo and more to take care of the Holy "Roppo".
