1: Oda got sick of Naito talking about knocking up Carrot and took manners into his own hands to troll this furry freak.
2: Carrot and Yamato are both Hybrid Humanoid species with ties to Wano (Minks/Oni, look at the Onigashima skull: this is a long running issue), so they're going to explore the Mink/Oni heritage to Wano in the future. Wano Acts 1-3 were about Wano's current nation and its past; Wano Act 4-5 will dive into Wano's Ancient History, like the Mink + Kozuki alliance, Ryuma, Seastone forging, the Poneglyphs creation, Toki's past, etc.
