Same, this is really getting me excited. I hated how Egghead looked, the art style and seeing Atlas charge up her attack for 40 seconds didn't help when I looked up clips. But I think they did a really good job with Luffy vs Lucci though? And they made Lilith look pretty damn thicc so that helps lmao. And obviously York simps got what they wanted too lol.

I've seen some amazing fan animations of Luffy vs Lucci and I saw some awesome stuff Toei did with S-Hawk before too, so I should pick up the anime again too, especially with Kizaru getting to show off and got almost all out and the Gorosei incoming too. Can't wait to see Doll in action too!

I saw what they did with Garp on Beehive and I was absolutely blown away, his fight with Kuzan and Garp's rampage were phenomenal!

In some ways and I say some only, the anime has never been better than it has from WCI to now too.

But I also dread, since Vegapunk yapped for 15 chapters in the manga or so, how much will Toei drag that shit out too? We can't go too fast on Egghead as we're balls deep in Elbaf immediately after ofc, so they will have to slow down too? In the fastest and most intense arc so far ironically? (I say fastest due to Kizarua and current Sanji too hehehehe)

Funny thing is too, we waited like 8-9 months for Saturn and Kizaru to finally arrive in the manga IIRC, 1 month apart for each of them and the anime went on a 6 month break so anime onlies kinda experienced what we had to go through but much worse for them AND we're sort of reliving it too, having to wait so many months just to see Kizaru and Saturn arrive again lmfao.

Right?! Absolutely amazing! Yong Ce Tu did a phenomenal job with Sanji vs King and also Henry Thurlow with the scabbards rushing in and kicking ass with that classic black and white samurai film style too! Then there was Naotoshi Shida for what he did for Boundman and Snakeman and such ofc.
Toei gets way too much hate, they do GOD tier animation and visuals when they want to or can ofc. Not to mention the LEGEND herself Megumi Ishitani as a director too!

That bottom middle meme of Jinbei crying whilst holding Zoro makes me cry laughing lmfao, his face is just too funny! It's very Wojak-like lmao. The Bleach parody fucking kills me too, absolute gold lmaooooo!
