Iβm going to hold my judgement because we donβt know what has or hasnβt happened. My initial reaction is this is stupid and my first big complaint in the arc - like wtf would Hara off panel it?
But rather than waste my energy, Iβll just wait to see how Hara makes sense of it all next week.
in fairness this was against Tou AND Shin. Rakuakan looked great against Tou - without his best weapon in Yoko as well.

I was hyped for Shin's first campaign in a big position of responsibility, thinking Hara would let him do cool stuff again like he did in Kanki's last campaign.
Instead it's been a total letdown. All he did is fight, he didn't give a single relevant order, he didn't pull any crazy moves like he did against Riboku's encirclement, he basically did jackshit. This second battle was another opportunity for him to do some general stuff, even if it was short, but it got off panneled instead. This campaign may end up being worse than Hango when all is said and done at this rate.
