aramaki isn't racist, he was just clowning third world trash. The average Wano resident is actually pretty racist, remember a couple of the scabards were actually going to be crucified for their race(and the fishmen guys mom was genuinely killed)before Oden saved them lol
(Not that I have some grudge against Wano npcs but I think it's conceptually very funny that Aramaki basically did dictator apologia after an arc of glazing the island and it's culture, with even the Gorosei glazing their borders as if it matters to them)
