Mafia played a toxic game. How is that well?
Yes, their plan was good, but the mechs favoured them, and many townies played like sitting ducks.
Mafia had fun, but that was achieved by making the others feel miserable.
Is that the purpose of the game?
Most games here have the same pattern, the majority of townies trolling/AFKing/memeing and at the end people admire how well mafia played...

Are you talking about the HP system?
I didn't pay attention to how it was distributed but it's basically a BP system. If anything, the SK is the one losing out here. Alone with only 3 HP while others might have 3 HP plus more players on their side (Town/Mafia).
Townies playing the minimum required has been the norm for some years now, but I do see Mafia doing the same like in Waifu Wars game. It depends on the game.
There might have been cofactors in Mafia achieving victory but they did their part while Town slept a bit more. As for their strategy, I believe that would be for the host to intervene if it's morally wrong or against the spirit of the game.
However if you or anyone else feels wronged by other player's playing style, strategy or even comments made from ill intent, you're encouraged to expose it privately between the host and section mod to discuss this behaviour.
