I've never really thought Luffy post Wano was that much stronger than Kidd or Law in a long fight. If Luffy can't knock you out with his first Gear 5, he either needs help, or he's getting steamrolled. Man is not built for 1v1s yet.
We can pretend the WG gave them those bounties, but, let's be honest: Oda is the one who put them all at 3 Billion. He told us Luffy/Law/Kidd are on the same tier. Luffy has a high end power, Gear 5, but he's useless after using it for 5 minutes. Name me a technique Law and Kidd have that make them useless for five minutes, I'll wait.
We saw Kidd and Law get manhandled by real Yonkou.

Egghead/Elbaph Luffy is the most overrated character I've seen in the history of One Piece power scaling.

Hell, Kaido never even used his full power: we never saw Shurron Hakke in Hybrid with Flame Dragon Torch active. Been well established that Kaido's strongest base form is his Hybrid. Shurron Hakke (Sake wheeee) is a stronger form of that, then Flame Dragon Torch was literal magma. Kaido wanted Luffy to be Joy Boy.
The last Top Tier Luffy fought that actually wanted him dead was Linlin, and those were very brief clashes (we'll see more soon).

The 3 current God's Knights are strong, they're just weak compared to Gear 5 Luffy/Gyaban levels of power. And I mean, only the true top tiers are above/near Luffy now, and Gyaban has been fighting Giants for years, Colun told us so.
People just don't want to give Gyaban/God's Knight's credits, because they hate Sanji, and because the God's Knights are a threat to Admiral agendas.

Does this rate of them stay until EoS? No. in fact both Luffy and Zoro '+alpha' will change to others (i.e. Pirate King a.k.a King of the Seas, and World Strongest Swordsman). by EoS, Sanji rate will equal to Zoro, only to lack on '+alpha'. While Luffy is above both of them.
Jinbei will lead Mid-Quartet, which leave Weak Trio as it is.

the fight that i wish for is:
1. Gunko gonna get smashed out by Loki (in weakened state) as payback. This moment is important for the Giants to re-accept Loki back among them.
2. Sommers get killed off by Gaban.
3. Killingham escape thru abyss, report back to Mary Geois of failure only to be kill there by Garling.
