- It's Giants!!, their age is about 3/4 times the age of Human's.
Jarul (Probably the most aged Giant) Age - 408 (Currently)...
Now my theory is Elbaf giants don't live longer rather , Elbaf follows different Time flow entirely.
Giants age maybe around 100 years only but , TIme flows differently in Elbaf. 4 times more slower.

Rest of the marines like ,
Saul , as Navy Admiral , who around 105 at that time , 21~ in human Years.
