Nothing beats Madara single-handedly low diffing an ENTIRE army, several third Raikage worth Sage Naruto clones, a Tsuchikage and a Kazekage.

Itachi is a genius but Madara is built different. He's the apex warrior of the OP verse.

Kishimoto somehow decided to make resemble of Eve into Naruto, and not only that, he removed any personality from Kaguya. So it was bad decision in everything.
