How long have the SHs been in Elbaph? Taking into consideration them being knocked out, kidnapped by Road, and so on... I wouldn't be surprised if ~24 hours have passed since they first arrived. That means ~3-4 days have passed since the events of Egghead. No wonder the sudden Marijoa shenanigans.
