Yeah, looks like Super Mario Odissey on steroids. The Donkey Kong franchise has really grown on me, after playing the DK Country games.

Ngl I wasn’t the biggest fan of the new DK game during the Switch 2 Direct but the DK Direct changed everything
They put love into this game and it looks awesome
I will probably buy a Switch 2 mid 2026 because it’s too expensive for me and I don’t have the motivation to play games right now
but I’ll definitely buy Bananza when I get a Switch 2

Nintendo is not without its fair criticisms and flaws but there still so many things to love about its consoles, franchises and games, and you've got to respect the company's adaptability and talent for surviving despite facing titans such as Sony and Microsoft, when Sega which was its main rival had a tragic downfall and was forced to give up on anything other than making games.
