Once Luffy obtains a PU or reveals it, he uses them very liberally. Look at how he spams G4 right after DR, or literally now with G5. It’s makes no sense for him to not even use adCoC in character or writing wise

Either provide the panel or somewhere that Oda said he used it or you’re waisting your time. I’m pretty sure the animators were told the Luffy wasn’t using it as well. Brago interviewed one. All evidence points to he didn’t use it.

Naw don’t throw “current” in there trying to save yourself we were talking about Luffy in general. If Sanji gets CoC it’ll will not be better than Luffy’s. You’re just wrong.
I said there isn’t proof I’m not citing the interview for proof. As long as there isn’t any evidence that he used it as far as I’m concerned he didn’t. If he comes out and says he tried it on the Gorosei then I’ll say I was wrong. Until then it didn’t happen.
