There is one character I didn't see in the picture or being mentioned is Ulti.

So far, Ulti has given me the impression she has this dominance personality.
She had no hesitation about Kaido becoming the next King of Pirates and she asserted her dominance against Luffy during their headbutt contest.
And iirc, she stole her and his brother's devil fruit in order to survive and rise through the ranks with his brother in Kaido's crew.

And she always want to impose her opinion on others.

To me, she has potential to have CoC in the future. I mean, dudes like Katakuri have it, so why not Ulti some day.

Having Conqueror’s Haki doesn’t automatically mean you’re stronger than an Admiral.
That said, Buggy is clearly Xebec’s son, and Bonney was using Haki at 12 and already shows huge potential. She could very well become a pirate on Big Mom’s level EOS.
