Sanjino is practically guaranteed to get it since Gaban has it and he will need it to beat the HKs. And the last chapter gag kinda foreshadows an inevitable awakening later this arc.

But the last chapter revealed a new info: ACoC is absolutely crucial to bypass the Imu regen hax. Law is going to play a huge role in the final war so he'll need it to bypass the hax and at this point, Law is too narratively important to not have it.

Both are guaranteed to have CoC AND the advanced versions

Sanji's CoC is practically confirmed already, Law is far from guaranteed to have it and it's pretty unlikely he'll get it, especially considering the fact he's already a D and it's extremely rare to be both a D and CoC user. Only Luffy's family and one of the 2 major antagonists of the series are, Law was never that important.

But on the off chance Law gets it, it'll probably happen off-screen just like when he awakened his DF.

I think Law is important because of his special DF which is called Ultimate DF, as well as because of Law's connection to Luffy, and some Luffy parallels like Bepo being on Law's wanted poster same way Usopp was in Luffy's, his crew is also unique enough to have Strawhat plot powerup as we see from Bepo using Chopper's drug, and Law is also a D.
