He hasn't shown ACoC. ACoC doesn't make you faster, it doesn't enhance your fighting skills, it doesn't do shit except add on to what you already have... in Koby's case it's the fighting skills of struggling against Kuja fodder.
No he's not on Garp's physical prowess, y'all be just making up random shit by taking panels out of context. Even Kuzan himself isn't.

There was Kuzan himself at Hachinuso for Koby to directly engage against, did he? No... in fact they didn't have a single interaction
That lil gimmick powerup isn't turning Koby from a kid who struggled against Kuja fodder who Smoker pre-TS would've neg-diff'd. Tf are we doing here???
What you think of Koby and what Oda has shown of Koby and how he's treated Koby are two different things.
Doesn't need Acoc. Ryou he already could've had it in Punk Hazard and we simply not know. He had superior endurance/stamina to Luffy in Punk Hazard. A simple awakening powerup dependent on how strong it is can boost him levels, then he gets powerups during the fight against Kuzan itself akin to Luffy's numerous ones against Kaido.
He can still use the seastone Jitte.
