Powers & Abilities Gaban meant Sanji!

lol it was not Sanji.
He ridiculed Zoro about his haki and taming it and be better to support your captain .. this was a great opportunity to say the same thing to Sanji.
As I said before this chapter 💩's on Sanji, you only have 2 options as a Sanji fan.
1. Oda gives him CoC but his haki is so weak Gaban and Luffy don't sense it displaying he's way below Zoro
2. Sanji doesn't have it but he's still strong and needs to support Luffy in his own way.
It cannot be he simply didn't unlock it, it grows as the wielder grows this is why Zoro's is leaking.

Sanji bros, in psychological warfare if your enemy convinces you that that your advantage is actually a disadvantage.. You loose the war.. here you loose your credibility and look like a indecisive naive clown

Enma squished the COC juice out of Zoro.
He is looking at Zoro and Sanji while saying seems like there's more then one of you with kinga haki, after that Sanji comes and pesters him. Gaban sees Zoro and says you are very relaxed then Zoro asks what can i use COC which Luffy answers you are leaking it bro, but notice Gaban doesn't say it is Zoro. Then Gaban goes hard on Zoros lack on interest and conviction. After that Sanji asks what about me and Gaban seems really intimidated by his aura, then Loki talks some nosense about his may or may not exist COC. After that we see Sanjis back so we don't really know what happened. Gaban gets angry to Zoro since he already assumes he knows he had COC so why would he even confirm it at all. I think all of this was about revealing Sanjis CoC which Gaban may have revealed him how to awaken while Zoro needs to control it.

Its pretty obvious that he was referring to Zoro at the very least. Any Sanji talk is speculation. Gaban and Sanji had an interaction, I don't think we'll know the details of that conversation until Sanji encounters either a holy knight or one of the demon giants assuming they also have "immortality".
