Powers & Abilities So it is no problem for these characters to have CoC, but for some reason it is a problem for these guys

But haki transcends all :myman:
While all of this might sound good on paper and I agree with it to a certain extent, it would still not make him able to damage a HK or one of the Gorosei though. And that's the big issue.
Then it comes back to one of Sanji's most famous quote, you do what I can't do, I'll do what you can't do.

For example, just make Sanji fight someone equally strong but with no gimmick. Like, Zoro fights the Elder and Sanji fights the Admiral. As long as the end result will stays the same (top tier opponent).

Imu the supposed final villain of the series who was shaking in his shadowy boots over Joy Boy's CoC:
When was that?

In reality CoC makes no fucking sense as the way it was explained. I find my theory that everyone has CoC but simply doesn't achieve the steps to unlock it way more coherent to explain who got CoC and who didn't.

Haki blooms in extreme situations. And it was no different with CoC (unless for Luffy's case since Oda was still digesting this new concept). Doffy and Ace unlocking CoC are more concret way on how to do it, on desperate situation the person "choses" either she will bow herself to others or reaffirm her authority. Both Ace and Doffy chose to reaffirm their authorities therefore they unlocked CoC. Doffy's pussy family didn't, therefore they don't have it.

And your point is that I should memorize every unimportant panel of all the over 1100 chapters of the series with each having around 15-30 pages?
It's the current hidden king of the world & the maker of the OP treasure, not some tertiary characters. If you can't even remember IMU being traumatized by JB's haki, why tf are you even following OP for? Plus, it's only just happened: last arc, and two IRL years ago.

You were saying it throughout egghead lmao
Yup. And I was wrong. Yall said throughout the whole Wano. You were wrong like 3 years more than me.

Exactly 2 IRL years. A lot going on IRL in two years, right? And even in manga. I'm more concerned about power scalling, lore, character developed than a single panel of Oda using Imu to worship his favorite character.

How was CoC explained by the way?

That people are born with the capability of unlocking CoC. This is like the shrodinger cat (or something like that). You may have CoC and never unlock it. So it is kinda of stupid.
Do you have a quote from the manga? Chapter number? At least give me the scenario in which the above statement is said?

Chapter 519. Maybe translation here doesn't help though but it highly indicates it is something you either born with it or not

But here on chapter 570 Garp makes it more clear
None of the statements say you can't have CoC unless it is obtained at birth. You can have something at birth doesn't mean it's only way to get it. Rayleigh in chapter 597 says "Many people who made name for themselves possess this power.". It basically invalidates all your assumptions.
