Sanji has the most/the highest options among any OP characters for his upgrade path, there's no need to be fixated to "just" CoC and CoC and CoC...
For example :

• Pure martial arts : Cipher Pol's Rokushiki, Okama's Kenpo
• Fire : adding a new element like lightning
• Science : Exoskeleton can easily be boosted beyond Lunarian
• Weapons : Raid Suit coming back
• Haki : FS
• Unknown : Heck, even his Lady Radar being VoAT could make sense

The only path that blocks him is Devil Fruit.

Admirals are the strongest fighting force of the WG, making them at least two tiers stronger than Holy Knight rat Saint Shanks lol. Admiral fans are sitting pretty after last chapter lmfao.

While all of this might sound good on paper and I agree with it to a certain extent, it would still not make him able to damage a HK or one of the Gorosei though. And that's the big issue.

Zoro having kings Haki would be reasonable if he wanted to take Mihawks castle,his island, his baboons and kill/imprison Mihawk, just like Doffy did to King RIku. That is the "qualities of a king"

Not fearing death would maybe be relevant if this was "soldiers haki". How is Zoro being willing to die any different from a soldier in Alabasta being willing to die in a war? How is it any different from Bellmere being willing to die?

And WB didn't want to conquer anything except having a family had CoC, same for Katakuri who just wants to protect his family. Big Mom who wanted a peace with all the races but in her way had also CoC.

Your definition of "qualities of a King" is completely wrong and not at all related to CoC users. Luffy is the prime example since he doesn't want conquer anything but to have the most freedom. Shanks is also another one who doesn't want to conquer anything so yeah... you are wrong.
How conquering some baboons or an empty castle makes you a King and deserving to have CoC lmao

Zoro has the ambition to conquer the title of the world strongest swordsman, he was one most obvious character to have CoC. But I guess you have some agenda behind lol.

There is no requirement for Conqueror's Haki, never stated anywhere in the manga you need to meet certain requirements.
To Quote Rayleigh (Chapter 597: 3D2Y viz): "The Color of Observation and Color of Arms are the two Haki Powers! However in very rare cases, some people are able to manipulate a third form of Haki. This is the power to overwhelm -- The Color of The Supreme King! Most people who made a name for themselves in this world possess this power."
Sanji is going to be third most powerful in PK's crew. He is one of the wings of Pirate King and his left arm. He is always put on a pedastal along with Zoro above the rest of the crew. I think he will have it. I will not bet against that.
