I was not able to be here today because I was at the wedding for one of my oldest friends. Imagine my disappointment coming back from such a lovely day to see this place on fire over something I had already asked for not further discussion on. Disappointment, and frustration at those involved. So we'll just do it this way.

@Finalbeta Cease posting in this section. You are not allowed to play and you are not allowed to participate within it. You are not welcome here. If you want to defend your case, feel free to PM me. But no more posts within the Mafia section. And no posts in other sections outside of the mafia section that are aimed at or towards the players and events in here. Because that's no better. If you insist on replying to this then I'm going to threadban you and if it continues beyond then I will be asking for an admin to ban you from the section/site.

@Ekkologix Has received a strike. This is because after being told to stop discussing the matter in an off topic thread, he continued regardless and promoted continuing it. Several others also followed suit in reaction to this which makes Ekko the party responsible because his posts were designed to garner a response from those people.

If you need to say anything further on this then either PM me or take it off site. I don't want to hear about it any more in these threads. Anyone else who feels the need to continue it can join Ekko in receiving a strike too.

@Ratchet if it's somewhat more secluded and it minimizes the toxicity and drama elsewhere, would it be allowed?
That way if a user is rage quitting or something, they post in that one thread, or if people have post-game complaints, they post in that thread, if someone is angry about the section rules, they post there, if someone is raging about a ban or warning they got, they also post there, etc. etc.

The games will be a lot cleaner and the mafia general chat (which is the thread most new members might take a look at) will also be a lot more positive as well.
I'm sure it will take a bit of time to get used to but given how it is right now, the drama is often spread across the entire section since there is no place for users to vent and air frustrations in properly.

I don't know how I would go about making it secluded but I don't mind the idea in principle. Let me think on it and how that would work.

I'm banned because a significant number of players don't want to play with me but I have not broken any Mafia rules that would warrant such ban to be in place.

I don't think this is the most moral position such players can have, unless forum rules can become trivial and this section is officially a privatized circle.

Or is the fault of the moderators who banned me and that's all? I don't think so.
