This is an easy pick.
Imu is mysterious, yet there's already hints which point to who he is, probably an old king that benefited from the immortality surgery, his powers probably come from a very powerful zoan fruit.
Teach is the biggest mystery in One Piece, he's the only person in history that has 2 fruits and nobody has any idea how he does what he does.

We do not know its gender, we can guess but we do not know.
We don't know what its power is.
We don't know what it looks like.
We don't know what its genuine name is.
We don't know what its end goal is.
We have almost zero idea of its origins.
Imu's entire character is a mystery, Blackbeard is pretty much the opposite, we know his name, his age, his appearance, his powers, his goal, his personality and most of his origins.
We don't know what its power is.

We have almost zero idea of its origins.

Imu cultists can say what they want, but they can't deny that Teach is the only person in history with multiple devil fruits, it's easily the biggest mystery in One Piece and it ain't even close.

He is 99% Ancient King Nerona Imu, he gained immortality via the immortality surgery, Oda wouldn't add Ivankov talking about that if it didn't mean anything.

Yeah, but the difference is an in Manga character theorized that which wouldn't happen if it was just nonsense, not only did he theorize, but he had facts at his disposal, one of the first kings is named Imu, sounds pretty compelling.
Depends on the translation, in the context it was more like neutralize than absorb.
The thing is, if that's so easy to do via the darkness fruit alone, why is he the only person in history that managed to posses multiple fruits?
Seems to me it's the biggest mystery due to it being a unique case.

We don't even know what "them" was referring to, they might've said "them" because they figured out Teach was there with his crew and not alone.
Marco said Teach has an abnormal body, so Teach managing to eat two fruits isn't as surprising to Marco, after all Teach doesn't even sleep, still Marco had absolutely no idea how exactly he used two fruits simultaneously.
In Imu's case however, the only question is does King Nerona Imu exist? Yes or no? Did Ivankov just baselessly make up that character?
