What is it about being a bounty hunter that somehow lets you compete with Jedi Knights lol? The only Jedi level character I can think of that isn't a bounty hunter is General Grievous

Well they are going about the galaxy hunting down potentially very dangerous targets, and ofc you'll have cases like Fett who's got beskar anti-lightsaber gear and IG-88 who was an assassin droid.

Speaking of which, don't certain droids count as powerful non- force users? Also kaiju like the Sando Aqua Monster, Gorog etc. Unless you want only sentient organic life forms.

And I don't know about Disney canon but in legends you had the Yuuzhaan Vong who were very powerful and not force users either. There were some others too, IIRC Waru was not a force user either.

Probably because the most successful/famous ones are based in the Mandalore tradition...which is to carry a shitload of weapons on you at all times.
