Rocks apparently defeated/killed an Admiral, and also fought both Roger and Garp at God Valley.

Meanwhile when it comes to Rocks subordinates, some of whom who became Yonko's.

Kaido: Didn't defeat anyone notable, never defeated Hanafuda, needed the help of his crew to defeat Moria and his crew, only had a fraud win against Oden, who mind you almost defeated/killed Kaido, and spent the rest of his life in Wano while also trying to off himself.

Big Mom: Mainly stayed at Totto Land, only leaving sometimes

Whitebeard: Sometimes fought against Roger

Not even the World's Strongest Man Whitebeard had a win against an Admiral.

And if Rocks really was a teenager like some believe, then again, it makes these Yonko's look like a huge joke.

We don't have enough context to definitively say whether this is a good or bad thing for anyone

How old was Rocks? How long was the battle? Did he get any help? How strong was the Admiral?

If I'm being honest I don't really see how it could be framed as a positive or negative for any agenda anyway

Rocks is probably the strongest pirate ever barring Joyboy

If Rocks is > any Yonko that's ever lived how does this help or hurt the Yonko agenda? Everything stays the same

It's probably not actually bad for them but it is funny since Admiral fans always hyped Admirals as gods that can't lose no matter what but now we know Rocks killed one before he even fought at God Valley or maybe even got his crew
