Maybe you from throwball land won't get it but Blue Lock is the first FOOTBALL anime that really gets football.

Is not the bullshit of Inazuma Eleven power of friendship or Captain Tsubase love for the sport. Not that both animes are not good but that's not really what football is about.

Who actually plays footballs doesn't actually LOVES football but they love the feeling and sensation they live while playing. And it is all about protagonism. They don't like to play, they like to win. And they don't like others winning for them. They like to win for themselves.

Blue Lock egocentrism captures that perfectly.

"Oh but it is PNG animation like Ragnarok" so you admits that you only "likes" Demon Slayer, JJK, Wano/Egghead One Piece because of animation and not story? Interesting...

Anyway last episode animation was good enough.
