It does because Imu isn't supposed to be seen, he should've offed Rocks there, he failed and let him go

Sabo see him and Imu not chase after him or the other elders did not.
Rocks not even trying to carry someone else and escape like how Sabo did .
Rocks being set up as a very high top tier there no way Imu could fight him and not been seen by everyone .
