I know I’m horrible.

The constant feeling of trying everything I could to be a wonderful mother to u and then burning out and watching it all crumble as I knew I could never be the mother I once was

But rather just a shell

It was unbearable to know id never be good enough or that there was always more I could be doing and to any attempt at recovery just led me to expending more energy and burning out more and making things worse

I thought I was doing u a favor by leaving u

Someone as worthless as me would only bring u down
