Blackbeard wouldn't even be able to kill Kuzan with this kind of difficulty. He's respecting Kuzan a lot, especially his power.

So BB nowhere made it clear that he can always end Kuzan's life with no issues.

On the other hand, I can definitely see BB vs Kizaru now. There's the chance that Kizaru dies but I'm expecting Kizaru to push BB to a higher difficulty than Law - that much is to be expected.
