How about Aokiji and Kizaru? Aokiji does have an ice saber. Kizaru uses his light sword against Rayleigh.
Aokiji going all out like we seen against Garp, he doesn't seem to be a swordsman but capable of swordsmanship.

It's similar to other members of CP9 (Kaku states he's the best swordsman on the crew - meaning other members have the capability to be swordsman but its not their preferred method of fighting)

Kizaru the closest we've seen him going all out to me is against Rayleigh where he was damaged and attentively trying to prevent something, at the moment I have him 50/50.

Mihawk in his duel with Shanks was like, "no Kamusari allowed in the fight, swordsmanship is about cutting".

Chapter 1055 breaks your agenda

That's still past lol.

Imagine in future mihawk asks Zoro to turn of haki. This is a swordsmanship match
He literally taugh haki to Zoro in order to make him a better swordsman

Is not unusual of Oda to make retcons. Maybe he was initially a swordsman. The best game of One Piece had him as a swordsman because he was released before his fight with Garp I supposed.
