They've moderated from Al Qaeda (Although their official telegram praises Usamah bin Ladin for time to time) but they are still surooris at the very least. HTS applied all hudood punishments (stoning for adultery, lashes for alcohol, etc.) in idlib except the punishment of amputation for theft.
