WB was Rocks’s RHM, but Rocks failed to become king of the world. Which suggests that the King of the world needs a RHM stronger than god valley WB.

It's because he uses shockwaves and Shanks apparently does too so they try to argue that they're not swordsmen and thus not susceptible to Mihawk's title because they don't use slicing attacks. Kind of ignores the fact that Zoro also uses shockwaves and non sword attacks though
