I have no choice but to upscale Shiki massively if Prime BM was the real deal yet had no shot at ruling during his reign.

Iirc WB name dropped, Sengoku, Shiki, Roger, Garp as his peers from that era at some point. He along with the other old legends see BM as below themselves during their primes, it's definitely Shiki upscale if Prime BM gets gassed.
