I have no choice but to upscale Shiki massively if Prime BM was the real deal yet had no shot at ruling during his reign.

Iirc WB name dropped, Sengoku, Shiki, Roger, Garp as his peers from that era at some point. He along with the other old legends see BM as below themselves during their primes, it's definitely Shiki upscale if Prime BM gets gassed.

Yeah, but I don't think Roger and Garp went on fighting WB and Shiki while Xebec "vanished" because of Imu. Also, a fight of that scale should have been felt by anyone.

Also, other than Garling and the HK, there was Saturn too there, who was absolutely capable of taking BM on.
