I never understand that. If Jump goes on break but Oda doesn't. Even if Oda takes a break the week after, doesn't a chapter still be released (the chapter oda made during the Jump break)?

And next week Oda goes on break (no chapter) there is still a chapter that oda made. Why can't Jump release that chapter during Oda's break?
