The seraphim for all intents and purposes in their prime are a group that can rival what the rocks crew was . How fast they grow I am not sure
but we will get to see them at their peak.

Since VP talked about there growth being accelerated ,and Seraphim Jinbe being as big as real Jinbe already .
I think it won‘t be long until they reach peak

I think the idea is that he's looking for a crew thats not likely to betray him, similar to Shanks and Luffy. The problem with these bigger pirates is they all have ambitions that are way too high, but I am curious in the backstories behind Teach's crewmates when we get to them.

One aspect Im hoping to see is more of the timeline 10 to 24 years ago. How Blackbeard's Impel Down crew became so infamous is a big question I have, because they are all around Teach and Laffite's age. Funny enough Auger, Doc Q and Jesus are younger. The rest had time in the world to make names for themselves and get arrested.

Who knows though, maybe thats CG's prerogative, to get Doflamingo and Weevil out of prison at least?

The only ones truly loyal to BB are the original members. Even Pizarro has said he wanted to be captain in BB's place.
