What says kuzan is way stronger? I'll concede that kuzan was in the spread for race to the one piece that makes him very important/strong, but so was sakazuki and so by effect those that are under him are important/strong as well. Why should i doubt kizaru= or >kuzan when i have not seen him go all out and he moved so fast no one could see him

Also mind you I for one would have never imagined kuzan being so strong and having the strength of will to stand to akainu prior to the timeskip and yet that is exactly what oda had him do

Why would he achieve more when he explicitly doesn't carry the goal to do so? And that's not due to a lack of power. There's little reason to believe Oda values remolding Whitebeard into an almost different character altogether just for the sake of making it extremely apparent he's above Roger over keeping WB as the character he envisioned (aka as someone who technically can't be gatekept from potentially being slightly superior to Roger simply because he didn't achieve the same kind of notoriety).
I am watching a show called The Rookie about police, it's very good, and a policeman in it has his child's college fund stolen
He is told it could take 5 years to get it back
They investigate and figure it out things happen and it is clear the money was stolen from him and many other people had their money stolen too, and they get access to the bank accounts that hold the stolen money
And the guy who is the hacker coder guy who can access those bank accounts tells the officer something like
"Yeah this is very good, this will speed up your case to just 15 months, and if you're lucky lucky my friend you'll get back 40 cents on the dollar"

I get your point. But it isn't substantial. Warcury's defense didn't include CoC when he defended himself against luffy's punches. The only one that ever used adv CoC as defense so far was zoro when he used no touch to prevent King from taking his swords.
I am very sure an adv CoC slash from zoro would cut something that an adv CoC punch from luffy couldn't destroy.
