Those stats are incredible given the inherent bias against the Donquixote family. Fascist parties are seen as a threat with considerably less votes. trolling aside flight should be a base ability of zeus, but i think oda said somewhere he doesn't want his MCs to be able to fly because of story purpose. (i don't think he consider stuff like sky walk to be real flying)

Queen/Smoothie lvl guy isn't standing with those big shots. Literally these pirate crew recruite only strong fighter. The word strong fighter is "big" word, beyond any regular commander lvl.
Xebec a guy that killed an Admiral as a side quest decades ago is on different realm of searching for power, he isn't scouting some YC2 lvl guy on his team even if Kaido is special case as a teen.

He should be at the very least comparable to YC1 def stronger than YC2, GV Kaido would be peak YC1 lvl..

Yeah 20 year old Kaido being YC1 I can see it. 15 year old being that high is too wild imo but I don't mind waido hype.

All those pirates on the big stage are from low top tier to legit top tier by aura scaling (except Stussy and Streusen which doesn't have a vibe of a fighter)
YC lvl has no room to fit those stage.
Kaido is a special case, but to stay with those big guns he should at the very least YC1+..

Streussen at prime is clearly YC1+ character. Current streussen is old and frail and Bege thought he always seemed powerful. He is the reason most of Bigmom pirates survived the tamatebako explosion. Streussen is not be messed with here.

If in Luffy’s eyes, the WSS would put someone above his idol Shanks automatically, then it would be in character for him to comment in amazement that someone is even stronger than his idol.

If being WSS DOESN’T automatically put Mihawk above Shanks, Luffy would still have no reason to randomly say “Shanks is even stronger than this guy!” because he has no evidence that Shanks is stronger lol. Mihawk vs Shanks would still be ambiguous to Luffy because he hasn’t seen either go all out

The closest we have is Luffy saying if he is to become PK, Zoro should be WSS, and he did promise Shanks he would surpass him and his crew, and probably if even his right hand man can beat Shanks, he would be above for sure.

But again, Luffy just doesn´t even think about this stuff. His grandpa fought even the PK, but Luffy only thinks he´s strong because he saw him beat his ass when he was little. He doesn´t talk about Dragon at all.

Also, while characters in universe don´t necessarily have to take titles seriously, you have a lot more reason to do so knowing that it´s fiction, and an author who created all of them decided to call one of his creations that.

maybe it's because of the world flooding stuff, he doesn't want abilites that keep islands/massive objects up as it would basically ruin the whole plot.
I guess unlike Shiki's that works passively Fujitora's gravity is an ability he must always keep active
