How does that put their clash above Roger's and Whitebeard's? Roger's and Whitebeard's clash encompassed the entire island and shook the island beyond it, with people at the edge of the island being propelled through the air. You may say the island is small, but Oda's scale was always off the charts, for example with Zou having a confirmed radius of 5km as well despite not really looking vast visually.
Roger and WB most likely surpassed Xebec by that time. It’s pretty obvious they have higher ceiling than Xebec.

> poor man’s version of Kaidou

It's hilarious how the Koi boys went from wishing Crydo is Harlad's secret son to downplaying Harlad the moment they felt threatened by his strength

Harald is without a doubt the poor man’s version of Kaidou. What’s he going to do when the flaming torch with AP, lethality, AoE, DC, and Haki that he can’t handle comes flying at him?

He’s going to die burned and blown up by Kaidou.

Smh Oda in 2025 has no shame, dedicating multiple chapters to goonerbait for his 12 year old audience.
Since when has showing pirates engaging in non monogamous relationships been "goonerbait'😂
What happened to the kids these days? Y'all really want PIRATE characters to settle down with a wife and kids and go to Sunday mass?😂😂

Harald's so much better than Crydo

What does being in non monogamous relationships have to do with dedicating key flashback chapters to drawing full body Shakky (and Kuja) shots?

The funniest part, that is actually what Xebec ended up doing according to these spoilers LOL

How is Harald similar to the fish in any way?
Does he hide in his island like a coward? Does he postpone fights against powerful opponents using hostages? Does he rely on powerful DF to carry him?

Harald is nothing like the fish lol

@Elder Lee Hung @Owl Ki @RyoQ @Dragon777 etc etc.

If you ever wanted to see "pathetic", well, there it is.
Imagine trying to downplay a pirate stronger than prime WB and the strongest ever King of Erbaf, the strongest nation of the world.

Two people who dwarfed almost every clash the first time around and that now have made a clash wider than Imu's haki range.

They had to hold back with great force a 15-year-old Kaidou who was about to destroy the entire island while fighting against a guy who killed an admiral in a low to mid diff, and you’re calling that guy a coward? LOL

Kaidou is so cowardly that he proposed invading damn Elbaf, bringing Harald to his knees, and forcing him to obey.

Cool, but apparently y'all can't handle characters shown in opposite scenes.

One piece seems rather old fashioned in this regard. I personally dislike that Oda made the Kuja a meme crew that defeats enemies with their appearance but one can't deny that such writing would feel right at home in more classical stories.

What I find strange is that the estimated 99% male users here seem to have such an issue with suggestive character interactions. I don't see anybody criticize Oda's writing as sexist but I see a lot of complaining about how being attracted to attractive women is seen as a sign of "weakness" that downgrades male characters.
