Shanks and Roger can have better haki than Kaido, yet if they got hit by a fraction of the attacks Kaido got hit with, they would be either crippled or dead.

I mainly started to have shanks above Kaido due to his haki being somewhat compared to Joyboy but yes it seems there isn't any new level of haki. At least not for characters like Roger/Rocks. So yeah Kaido > Shanks is decent possibility for me. Still oda jerks off shanks a lot.

No and no. His attack couldn't put pre skip BB down. Akainu recovered in 2 chapters iirc. Kaido's attack killed post adv coc G4 luffy. Flame bagua >> as well.

You have to insane to claim WB took more powerful attacks as well. Akainu aside it was mainly fodders doing damage.
