For me it's reverse. Itachi is one of my favs and I dislike Minato but Minato may have matchup advantage here with him being able to dodge amaterasu and outlast ms abilities. Though it's 50/50.

Hard to say. You can argue for both. Itachi has one shot abilities but good defense thanks to susanoo. Itachi can use amterasu on kunais so minato can't teleport that way + block minato's kunai with his own Kunai to prevent him from coming close.

I will say it depends on who the author wants to win.
